ARTIST STATEMENT

I find myself drawn to materials and objects that carry history and memories. In my sculptural practice I connect and share organic forms, discarded objects, and tools that show signs of use.

I’m interested in transformation and perseveration, how I can capture the relationships we have with objects through texture, weight, and touch.
